Seniors 50+ This is for YOU! FREE Classes in Hip Hop, Tap, and Ballet!
The Leatherstocking Ballet School of Dance in collaboration with Maria Christina's School of Dance, is proud to announce a grant award from the Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties. "You've Got to Move It, Move It for Seniors," is a 6 week spring dance program for seniors age 50+ who would like to take an introductory class in Hip Hop, Tap and Ballet at NO tuition cost. The Ballet classes meet on Wednesdays beginning on March 5th from 5:15- 6:15 PM, Hip Hop classes begin Monday, March 10 from 6:00-7:00 PM, and Tap classes start on Tuesday, March 11 from 6:00-7:00 PM at Maria Christina's School of Dance, 441 Trenton Road, North Utica.. Attire is T-shirt, loose pants and socks. Shoes are not required for the first class and tap shoes will be available for those that need them. Registration forms are available at the time of registration either in person or by email to jmsnydance@aol.com. A $10 registration fee is the only cost associated with the program and if you took the fall session, the registration is good towards spring sessions.
